DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL

DAY 2: HANOI - SIGHTSEEING - NIGHT TRAIN TO LAO CAI (B,L)

After breakfast, the day starts with visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh – the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (viewed from outside on Mondays, Fridays and every afternoons due to closure), and the house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda. Next up visit Tran Quoc Pagoda – Hanoi’s oldest pagoda on the bank of West Lake & Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university which was constructed in 11th century. Lunch is at the local restaurant.
In the afternoon, take a cyclo ride around the Old Quarter streets which were named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. Stop at HoanKiem Lake to learn about legend of the lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple, followed by the Water Puppet show – a uniquely Northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from rural life and episodes of national history. Check in the hotel for a short relaxing, Dinner is on your own
21:00: We will stay at Hanoi Railway Station to transfer to Lao Cai. Overnight on the train.

DAY 3: LAO CAI - CAT CAT VILLAGE – MUONG HOA VALLEY - SAPA (B, L)

05h15 you will arrive at the last arrival station – Lao Cai station transfer direct to Sapa for check in and breakfast.
9:00AM: Trekking from Sapa to Cat Cat Village to see its waterfall and meet H’mong family and learn more about their way of life. Cat Cat is a small but bustling village situated at the foot of Fansipan Mountain. Here you will see traditional H’mong homes at their best and you will be able to meet a H’mong family to learn more about their way of life. The village is also the perfect place to see traditional clothing being made, hemp being dyed and women weaving. From Cat Cat we will follow the MuongHoa Valley for 3km through rice terraces and small dwellings to Sin Chai. This village is a little off the usual trekking route and less visited, but offers the opportunity to see traditional wooden homes built using the indigenous Pumu tree. Transport will be waiting in Sin Chai to take you back to Sapa.
17h00: Arrive in Sapa, check in hotel – free time to enjoy Sapa. Dinner is on your own. Stay overnight in Sapa

DAY 4: SAPA - Y LINH HO – LAO CHAI & TA VAN - LAO CAI - NIGHT TRAIN TO HANOI (B, L)

Beginning of the trip is the moment for admire the panorama view of the town and then the valley from the main road. After 4km on the main road, we start going down to the valley by the small trails through the terrace rice fields to get to Y Linh Ho hamlet, a small village of the Black Hmong people.
From Y Linh Ho village, we go along the river to go to Lao Chai village (means old village in the local dialect). It is time for you to visit the local families, listen to your guide’s explanation about the local culture: how they live, way of building the traditional house, technique of making clothes… or listen about the way of treatment for a sick person.
Stop for lunch. The lunch is served in one of the local refreshment restaurants on the side of the river.
In the afternoon, we leave Lao Chai to continue to Ta Van village, the Giay people’s residence. The guide to bring you into some family: listen about their life, enjoy some green tea, Learn about the differences of their culture from the other hill tribes even they leave close to each other. Quitting Ta Van, we head up to the main road where the car will pick up us to tranfer back to Sapa.
Free and easy until transfer to Lao Cai Station to take a railway to Hanoi. Overnight on train.

DAY 5: HANOI ARRRIVAL - HON GAI HARBOR – BAI TU LONG BAY – CONG DO – CAP LA ISLAND – TRA SAN(B, L, D)

Notes: Ha Long Itinerary is subjected to change based on weather conditions and each Cruise. Arrival early morning in Hanoi around 04:25AM–We will arrange a hotel near the train station for your group to relax and take a nap before the trip to Ha Long Bay.
08:00 – 8:30: We will pick you up from your hotel and head to northeast of Vietnam
12.30: Arrive Ha Long, transferred a by tender to Cruise on BaiTu Long bay
12.45: Enjoy a welcome drink with all staffs on board, listen briefly to safety on boat and activities included then check in cabin.
13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu while leisurely cruising to the core of BaiTu Long Bay.

09.30: Back to your boat by tender then finish packing.

10.30: Cooking demonstration is organized by our guide at this time. You have a chance to make Vietnamese cuisine- “BanhCuon” by yourself.

DAY 7: HUE - SIGHTSEEING (B, L, D)

The next stop will be a local family that make many kinds of Hue traditional cakes. Warmly greeted by your host, seat down and learn how to make some traditional cakes such as Nam and Loc Cakes. For dinner, the “imperial” menu: succession of tasty well decorated dishes with carved vegetables, just as the emperor himself in his time. Night at the hotel downtown.

DAY 8: HUE- TAM GIANG LAGOON – HOI AN TOWN (B,L,D)

Begin with pickup at your Hue hotel, then travel to Thuan An Beach by car, a roughly 20 minute trip. Board a wooden boat to the Tam Giang Lagoon, then switch to a traditional sampan. Go deeper in to the lagoon by sampan, which can navigate even the shallow parts of the tidal lagoon. Watch for fishermen who use handmade, conical traps to catch fish, beating the water with long, wooden poles, then pull up alongside their boats and try the traditional technique yourself. You’ll see the sun set over mainland Vietnam as you continue across the lagoon – sunsets here are particularly scenic, as they illuminate the rolling terrain around Hue, which make the perfect backdrop for photography.
Heading to Hoi An and check in the hotel. Walking tour around the ancient town of Hoi An; visiting the ChucThanh Pagoda, the Fujian Chinese community house and the charming colonial buildings. Walk among the 800 buildings of historical heritage. Stop by the Japanese covered bridge, an historic symbol of the city. Boat tour on the river to get in touch with the life of the river bank. At the end of the day, stroll in a lively local market.
For dinner you will try a dishe known as BanhVac or “White Rose” which consist of rice ravioli stuffed with shrimp paste, speciality of Hoi An. Night at the hotel.

DAY 9: HOI AN TOWN – VILLAGE CYCLING ADVENTURE (B, L, D)

You will be picked up by our guides at your accommodation and taken to the green, clean and picturesque TraQue vegetable village where most of the vegetables and herbs you find in dishes served throughout Hoi An are grown. Here you can get your farming skills on and pick your own veggies – which will later be used for lunch/dinner. Don’t be afraid to get your hands muddy!
You will then get on a bicycle and ride through this tranquil village, past rice paddies, gardens and ponds and watch as the local farmers cultivate, care for and harvest their produce. Not only that, on beautiful days, there will be lots of water buffaloes lounging about in the mud and if you’re feeling adventurous enough, you can even try ride one. The photo opportunities will be endless.
Next, after you have the opportunity to experience riding a water buffalo, you get to paddle a sampan (wooden fishing boat) along De Vong river. Before your meal, you will make one last stop at a Japanese graveyard and learn about the historical connection between Hoi An and Japan.
Using the ingredients we collected throughout the tour for lunch/dinner, you will get to sit down with a lovely local family, all the while chatting about what rural life is like, learning about their lifestyles, traditions and etiquette.

08.00 Meet tour guide at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh city and transfer to Ben Tre On arrival in Hung Vuong Pier. Boating on Ben Tre river– one of the tributaries of Mekong river- is along mangrove tree from town to country. Witness lively activities in the morning as fishing, coconut cargo boats carrying on the river…. Stop at traditional brickwork to see how to make bricks by hand. Go on by boat to My Long village, walking to hamlet to see making rice paper and enjoy some rice cake. Turn on Cai Son canal winding through coconut jungle, visit coconut workshop, have a look stages of coconut processing from husk off, prize out to peel out by hand. Go on small waterway and stop at a bee garden, enjoy some fruits, honey tea and listen to local music as well. Visit milk candy making workshop and enjoy some sweet by the way. Continue short walking to visit farmer house who making sleep mats. Cycle rural tracks or drive tuktuk through coconut grove, vegetable plains (cucumber, bitter melon…). Keep going by rowboat on shady palm tree canal. Boating back HùngVương pier by motorboat and proceed to Can Tho. Check in the room and relax. Overnight at the hotel in Can Tho city.

Transfer to Cu Chi Web -like tunnels system which were never discovered by American Force . These tunnels are stretching over 200 km and were important Viet Cong base during the American War. 1/ He weather & our latest advice on the weather
Light clothes regardless of the season in the south but for the visit of temples and pagodas, make sure you have a top with sleeves (shoulders must be covered) and bottoms going at least up to the knee. From November to March it can get pretty cold in the North, make sure to have warm clothes for mornings and evenings.
Northern Vietnam:
- Dec – Feb: 10°C to 25°C, mostly dry, grey.
- March: 15°C to 30°C, season change, dry.
- April – June: 25°C to 35°C, some heavy showers.
- Sept – Oct: 25°C to 35°C, clear weather, occasional showers.
Note: from 5°C to 10°C less in the mountains; make sure you have warm clothes.
Central Vietnam : Hoi An, Hue
- Dec – Feb: 15°C to 30°C, mostly dry, grey.
- March – Aug: 25°C to 35°C, dry, ideal.

2/ Visa
- To go to Vietnam you must have a valid passport valid at least 6 months after the date of return.
- The Government of Vietnam promulgates the Resolution on Vietnamese Entry Visa Waiver for Citizens of Five European Countries: UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. This exemption is applied for a maximum period of 15 days regardless of passport categories and purpose of entry into Vietnam, and is valid until June 30, 2021.
- For any stay lasting more than 15 days, or for a multiple entry stay in a period of less than 15 days, a visa is required. A period of 30 days is required after the last exit from Vietnam in order to once again benefit from the visa waiver measure for a stay not exceeding 15 days.

3/ International flight
- Our offer does not include international flights between your country and Vietnam for two reasons:
- International flights from your country are more expensive if purchased in Vietnam. It is therefore more beneficial for you to buy them from a ticketing agency in your country.
- The payment and booking conditions for international flights are strict while it is difficult for us, a local agency, to apply the same conditions to you (full payment before travel). Since international financial transactions give rise to significant bank charges, you will be led to pay unnecessary surcharges.

5/ Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before arrival: no cancellation charge will be done (Client’s non-refundable deposit will be forfeited)

- 10-13 days before arrival: 40% of the cost of the tour is forfeited
- Within 10 days before arrival: 100 % of the cost of the tour is forfeited
