DAY 2: VIENTIANE - TREKKING NATIONAL PARK PHOU KHAO KHOUAY (B, L)

Approximately Vientiane – Phou Khao Khouay 2 hours transfer
Your second day tour in Laos starts at 7:30. We travel about 90 km along highway No. 13 (south) until we get close to Ban Thabok (Bolikhamsay Province), where we turn left and follow a dirt road for another 7 km before reaching Ban Hatkhai. Our truck brings you directly to Pha Xay, passing rice fields and beautiful forest. We start to trek along a network of trails.
Orchids will be spotted all along the way but particularly in the area around the waterfalls. You are guided by local villagers and an orchid expert and you will not only be surprised about the abundance of orchids but get insights into their specific biology and ecology. While hiking through bamboo forests and jungle paths, you will also have the opportunity of getting introduced to many other plants used by the local people for medical purposes or as food supplement.
A picnic lunch awaits you in the midst of the forest. We return to the access road where our car will wait to bring us back the eight kilometer to Ban Hatkhai. We expect to finally arrive in Vientiane in the late afternoon at around 18h30. Dinner on your own. Overnight in Vientiane

Your second day tour in Laos starts at 7:30. Approximately Vientiane – Vang Vieng 3.5 hours transfer
On third day tour in Laos, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before exploring the highlights of Vientiane capital – the Moon Gate of the Million Elephants Land.
Your city tour begins with a visit to the magnificent Vat Si Saket temple, the oldest Buddhist temple in the heart of the capital. Built in the Thai style, the temple’s sanctuary is surrounded by a typical cloister with beautifully carved doors. In its inner facade, there is a gallery of nearly 7,000 Buddha statues of different sizes and shapes.
You will then pass through the Emerald Buddha temple – Haw Phra Kaew. What makes this temple special is that there is no monk living here.
Before saying goodbye to Vientiane, just visit the Supreme Stupa of Pha That Luang, one of the 10 most famous and important Buddhist temples in the world. As Pha That Luang is the national symbol, its image is printed on paper money as well as on the national emblem of the country.
After lunch, take the road for a trip north towards Vang Vieng, which is surrounded by limestones mountains and the Nam Song River.

DAY 4: VANG VIENG - CYCLING - CAVING - KAYAKING (B, L)

Start your fourth day tour in Laos by cycling to the Tham Jang cave by crossing a bridge over the Nam Song River. Inside this cave, you will find not only many multifaceted stalactites but also a sanctuary where pilgrims can pray and express their respect towards Buddha.
Then hit the road with your bike to reach Tham Poukham cave, one of the natural caves not to be missed during your stay in Vang Vieng. Thanks to the decoration of Mother of nature, the path to get there is very authentic with beautiful landscape, such as lush mountains, old villages and green rice fields. Near the entrance of the cave, we have the Blue Lagoon, with incredibly turquoise water, which will be a promising land paradise where you can relax and immerse yourself in nature. After that, kayaking on the Nam Song River while contemplating the spectacular scenery of the mountainous Vang Vieng.

After your breakfast at hotel, ferry to the other side of Mekong River to Ban Xienmienne village. Transfer to Hoi Khua waterfall in Pak Lueang Village. On arrival, you fill in our security acknowledgement form, following by a training safety riding Zip Line with our experience guide. Then, start climb up to the higher trees for 13 stations and 900 meters of Zip Line down to the Valley with, fly between the trees, cross the Green Jungle Canopy, enjoy or challenge your friends with 180m of Twin Line and fly above the Green Garden Flower on 290 meters before abseil down of the tree and then back to the coffee shop by the Green Organic Trail, take a short rest and back to Luang Prabang
After lunch, in the afternoon, begin your city tour with the Royal Palace Museum, an ideal place to study or learn some history and Royal lifestyle of Laos. The architecture of the building is a mixture of French Beaux –Art style and traditional Laos style, making it not only old, but also contemporary.
Afterwards, explore the Wat Xieng Thong (Monastery of the Golden City), one of the higher symbols of Buddhism in Laos. This place is built in a particular architectural style of Laos, with a curved roof that nearly touches the ground.

Light clothes regardless of the season in the south and centre but for the visiting of temples and pagodas, make sure you have a top with sleeves (shoulders must be covered) and bottoms going at least up to the knee.

Our offer does not include international flights between your country and Laos for two reasons:
- International flights from your country are more expensive if purchased in Vietnam or Laos. It is therefore more beneficial for you to buy them from a ticketing agency in your country.
- The payment and booking conditions for international flights are strict while it is difficult for us, a local agency, to apply the same conditions to you (full payment before travel). Since international financial transactions give rise to significant bank charges, you will be led to pay unnecessary surcharges.
