DAY 2: TA PROHM – GRAND CIRCUIT – ANGKOR WAT – BAKHENG HILL (B,L,DINNER WITH SHOW)

Morning, visit to jungle Ta Prohm Temple, embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. The temple of Ta Prohm was once used as a location to film the famous Hollywood film Tomb Raider. Explore more of the Grand Tour Circuit such as Rre Rup, East Mebon, Ta Som, Neak Pean and Preah Khan. Lunch is at local restaurant.
Afternoon, explore Angkor Wat the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is comparable in size to the Imperial Palace in Beijing. Its distinctive five towers are emblazoned on the Cambodian flag and the 12th century masterpiece is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. During your land excursion you stroll through lush orchards or rice fields. Look at how food is processed or watch how locals build their boats. DAY 6: FLOATING – HO CHI MINH  (B,L)

SHUTTLE BUS

The ship takes off at sunrise, just when the Delta comes back to life. In Cai Rang you board a sampan and explore the vibrant tangle of a floating market with its excessive abundance of tropical fruits and vegetables. You can take samples and haggle with the dealers over prices. On Monday/Wednesday/Friday, you will explore the small channels of the Mekong Delta around Cai Be with a small sampan or by foot.
On Monday/Wednesday/Friday, you will have lunch at the Mekong Rest Stop.
On Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday dates, lunch is served in Vinh Long City.
Disembark in Can Tho or Vinh Long, transfer by shuttle bus to Ho Chi Minh City.

Then our tour guide will take you through the heart of the city along Dong Khoi Street to visit Notre Dame Cathedral (The hundreds Years Red Cathedral)and Old Post Office, 2 most famous and oldest of classical French colonial architecture construction was built more than 100 years ago,  War Museum then visit The People’s Committee Hall. Enjoy lunch at Pho Hoa Pasteur – one of the best places to sample Vietnam’s most popular noodle soup. The restaurant has been run by successive generations of the same family which adds a little history to your meal. The broth recipe here is a family secret which helps create a little mystique around the flavors. Served with your bowl of pho is a plate of deep fried bread called “qouy”. Walking tour around the ancient town of Hoi An; visiting the Chuc Thanh Pagoda, the Fujian Chinese community house and the charming colonial buildings. Walk among the 800 buildings of historical heritage. Stop by the Japanese covered bridge, an historic symbol of the city. Boat tour on the river to get in touch with the life of the river bank. At the end of the day, stroll in a lively local market.

DAY9: HOI AN – COUNTRYSIDE LIFE ON SCOOTER (B,L)

Setting off from Hotel/Resort in Hoi An, we ride over the bridge to Cam Kim Island and along the riverside into the beautiful rural countryside. First stops include an Ancestral House of Mr Huynh Ri spent time over 100 years and a traditional boat building yard before we set off to explore the sleepy island villages. Zig-zag riding through the breathtaking scenery of rice paddies & farmland and enjoy the cooling breeze. Next, learn from friendly local families the handicraft of mat weaving, farming, and how to make (and eat) the perfect Banh Dap rice crackers. Meeting local families is a must-do to see the real way of life in Vietnam. Then we continue riding scooters to visit to a local café to fuel up on local drip-coffee & learn the art of coffee roasting. Then we make our way to the coast at the Thu Bon river mouth, along roads lined with Casuarina Pine & Cashew Nut Trees. DAY10: HOI AN- DA NANG– HUE SIGHTSEEING (B,L)

Arrival Hue, we star to visit King Minh Mang Tomb that located on the left bank of the Huong River, which represents the perfect harmony between nature and architecture. Minh Mang King (1821–1840) boasted to have 64 princesses and 78 princes.
After lunch at lush garden local restaurant, you will board a cruise upstream Perfume River for visiting Thien Mu Pagoda which is also home to many young people who want to try out and learn from life as a monk. History of Thien Mu Pagoda, dating back from the year 1601.After that, go to your hotel to check-in. Dinner is on your own. Overnight in Hue.

DAY11: HUE – FLY TO HANOI CITY TOUR (B,L)

After breakfast, take a short morning flight to Hanoi – Capital city of Vietnam. Upon arrival, you’re greeted and transfer to the City central.
Enjoy lunch at Huong Lien Restaurant where the Former US President Mr. Barack Obama ate bun cha in Hanoi with Anthony Bourdain, an American chef, author, and television personality.
After your good lunch,
Explore Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature & Vietnams first university). Constructed in the 11th century, Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam, with its colorful gardens and well-preserved buildings, offers a historical glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Continue to visit Hoa Lo Prison museum or the Museum of Vietnamese Women.
Next up, we walk slowly through the narrow and busy Hanoi Old Quarter. It is where each street is named after the specific goods it once sold. Then, we stop to visit a local wet market before enjoying a Water Puppet show – a uniquely Northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from the rural life and episodes of national history. Overnight in Ha Noi.

DAY 14: LUANG PRABANG – FULL DAY SIGHT SEEING (B)

For early risers, there is a very special dawn visit to watch the monks collecting the alms.  As the sun begins to rise, long lines of orange-robed monks leave their pagodas and walk barefoot down the streets collecting offerings from Luang Prabang residents.  It is a beautiful, serene ceremony that highlights the spiritualism of the Laos people. Visit Morning Market where you can find all ingredients for local food. \
Return to your hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, we visit the National Museum at the former Royal Palace, which displays a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early kings right through the last sovereign. Continue our city tour with the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrine of Wat Aham, Wat Mai. Lunch is your own arrangement
In the afternoon, we visit the city’s oldest temple of Wat Sene and the magnificent Wat Xieng Thong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represent the classical architecture of Luang Prabang temple, we then climb up to the top of Phousi Mount for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River.
From there, we explore Street Night Bazaar, where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

DAY 15: LUANG PRABANG KUANGSI WATERFALL(B)

After breakfast, you will drive through the Luang Prabang countryside to Kuang Si Waterfalls.  Along the way by the Mekong River you will see gorgeous landscapes of many rice fields, hills and villages.  You will visit an ethnic minority at a village where their local culture has remained unchanged for centuries.
Upon reaching Kuang Si Waterfalls, relax and enjoy the magnificent natural surroundings. Afterwards we return to the Luang Prabang and be free at leisure. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

  1. The weather & our latest advice on the weather

   Light clothes regardless of the season in the south but for the visit of temples and pagodas, make sure you have a top with sleeves (shoulders must be covered) and bottoms going at least up to the knee. From November to March it can get pretty cold in the North, make sure to have warm clothes for mornings and evenings.

Northern Vietnam:

  • Dec – Feb: 10°C to 25°C, mostly dry, grey.
  • March: 15°C to 30°C, season change, dry.
  • April – June: 25°C to 35°C, some heavy showers.
  • Sept – Oct: 25°C to 35°C, clear weather, occasional showers.

         Note: from 5°C to 10°C less in the mountains; make sure you have warm clothes.

Central Vietnam :

        Cambodia

  • Cambodia is a nature-blessed country with the tropical climate which has warm temperatures throughout the year. Dry and wet are two distinct seasons in Cambodia. While the dry season in Cambodia runs from October to April with average temperatures range from 24°C in the cooler months of October, November & December, the wet season starts from May until September, with the heaviest rainfall generally in August & September. There may certainly be some rainfall in October but it usually comes in short showers. The highest temperature can reach up to 40 degrees Celsius during midday.
  1. VISA & PASSPORT

Vietnam Passport & Visa

  • To go to Vietnam you must have a valid passport valid at least 6 months after the date of return.
  • The Government of Vietnam promulgates the Resolution on Vietnamese Entry Visa Waiver for Citizens of Five European Countries: UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. This exemption is applied for a maximum period of 15 days regardless of passport categories and purpose of entry into Vietnam, and is valid until June 30, 2021.
  • For any stay lasting more than 15 days, or for a multiple entry stay in a period of less than 15 days, a visa is required. A period of 30 days is required after the last exit from Vietnam in order to once again benefit from the visa waiver measure for a stay not exceeding 15 days.

     Cambodia Passport & Visa

  • You will need a valid passport and a Cambodian visa to enter Cambodia. Tourist and business visas are valid for one month from the date of entry into Cambodia. Cambodia offers online visa processing.
  • The Cambodian visa now may also obtain at the airports in Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, and at all major border crossings. Cambodian immigration officials at airports now collect fingerprints upon entry using an inkless, electronic process. The visa on arrival is valid for a 30-day stay and issued at a cost of US $30 per tourist and US$35 per business traveler.
  • You must prepare:
    + A passport valid for at least 6 months from the expiry date
    + 02 recent passport-sized (4cm x 6cm) photographs
  • Some nationalities are required to get a visa in advance at Royal Embassy of Kingdom of Cambodia in their country: Afghanistan, Algeria, Arab Saudi, Bangladesh, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Sudan and Nigeria.
  • On the other hand, the nationals of the Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia do not need a tourist visa and may stay in Cambodia for 21 and 30 days respectively.

Laos Passport & Visa

  • To go to Laos you must have a valid passport valid at least 6 months after the date of return.
  • Laos free Visa for citizens of the following countries are also exempt from Laos visas: Vietnam ( 30 days), Brunei (14 days), Cambodia (30 days), Indonesia (30 days), Japan (15 days ), Luxembourg (15 days), Malaysia (30 days), Mongolia (30 days), Myanmar (14 days), Philippines (30 days), Singapore (30 days), Korea (15 days), Switzerland (15 days), Thailand (30 days) and Russia (30 days).

  • International flights from your country are more expensive if purchased in Vietnam/Laos/Cambodia. It is therefore more beneficial for you to buy them from a ticketing agency in your country.
  • The payment and booking conditions for international flights are strict while it is difficult for us, a local agency, to apply the same conditions to you (full payment before travel). Since international financial transactions give rise to significant bank charges, you will be led to pay unnecessary surcharges.

  • The official and most widely spread language is Vietnamese. Laos is the official language of Laos, Khmer is the official language of Cambodia

  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 30 days before arrival: no cancellation charge will be done (Client’s non-refundable deposit will be forfeited)
  • 14-29 days before arrival: 10% of the cost of the tour is forfeited
  • 10-13 days before arrival: 40% of the cost of the tour is forfeited
  • Within 10 days before arrival: 100 % of the cost of the tour is forfeited
