DAY 3: HANOI- PU LUONG RETREAT (B,L,D)

DAY 9: HUE EXPLORE VIETNAMESE LAST FEUDAL DYNASTY(B,L)

After breakfast, you start Hue City Tour from Toa Kham port where the dragon boats anchor. Embarking into a local boat, you stream along Perfume River, which is famous with the dreamlike looking, and located in the heart of Hue. People say that had not seen Perfume River and Ngu Mountain, not known Hue yet. Firstly, we stop at Thien Mu Pagoda– the most characteristic pagoda for the majestic period of Buddha in central Vietnam. After sauntering around Thien Mu pagoda, car transfer to visit Hue Imperial City: impressive in size and historical value, was for almost 145 years (1802 to 1945) the home of the Nguyen rulers, and the political heart of Vietnam. Its grounds are protected by fortified rampart 2 km square and ringed by a moat taking its water from the Perfume River. This enclosure is the Citadel, and inside is the Imperial City, with at its heart the Purple Forbidden City. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we continue to visit royal tomb with one of the most typical Vietnamese Architect: Minh Mang Tomb: is considered the most majestic of all royal tombs in Hue. Built 20 years after his reign and completed after his death, the symmetrical structure of the tomb is a reflection of harmony with nature. Dinner is on your own. Overnight at the hotel in Hue.

DAY 10: HUE - MARBLE MOUNTAIN – HOI AN TOWN BY SCENIC ROUTE (B,L,D)

Pick up at your hotel and transfer to Da Nang, we pass through to visit Marble Mountains. It is a cluster of 5 different small mountains following 5 important Elements of Universe: Water, Fire, Wood, Metal & Earth .where you can explore the natural caves. You will also visit a Buddhist pagoda and enjoy Stunning views from the mountains.
In the afternoon, Transfer direct to Hoi An for check in and Hoi An Ancient Town discovery. You enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quartervisiting Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200 – year old Tan Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge. DAY 11: HOI AN TOWN - TRA QUE HERB VILLAGE – FISHING VILLAGE - BAY MAU COCONUT – MAKE LANTER (B,L)

08h00: Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, than you will cycle  around Hoi An towards the TraQue vegetable village – About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village Tra vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.
Walk in TraQue vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden. During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.
The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.
Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten … until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest ( about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf . This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood product)
You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. HONG– a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.
Back Mr. HONG’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.
After lunch, free time and take a short rest before finishing the biking tour and continuing with the last-but-not-least activity of the day. The highlight is to visit a lantern shop where artisans make Hoi An’s famous lanterns. You see the whole process then have a chance to create your own lanterns. You will be provided the bamboo that forms the base of your frame and colorful silk so that you can choose your own color pattern, and design. 1/ He weather & our latest advice on the weather

Light clothes regardless of the season in the south but for the visit of temples and pagodas, make sure you have a top with sleeves (shoulders must be covered) and bottoms going at least up to the knee. From November to March it can get pretty cold in the North, make sure to have warm clothes for mornings and evenings.

Northern Vietnam:

  • Dec – Feb: 10°C to 25°C, mostly dry, grey.
  • March: 15°C to 30°C, season change, dry.
  • April – June: 25°C to 35°C, some heavy showers.
  • Sept – Oct: 25°C to 35°C, clear weather, occasional showers.

          Note: from 5°C to 10°C less in the mountains; make sure you have warm clothes.

 

Central Vietnam : Hoi An, Hue

  • Dec – Feb: 15°C to 30°C, mostly dry, grey.
  • March – Aug: 25°C to 35°C, dry, ideal.

2/ Visa
  • To go to Vietnam you must have a valid passport valid at least 6 months after the date of return.
  • The Government of Vietnam promulgates the Resolution on Vietnamese Entry Visa Waiver for Citizens of Five European Countries: UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. This exemption is applied for a maximum period of 15 days regardless of passport categories and purpose of entry into Vietnam, and is valid until June 30, 2021.
  • For any stay lasting more than 15 days, or for a multiple entry stay in a period of less than 15 days, a visa is required. A period of 30 days is required after the last exit from Vietnam in order to once again benefit from the visa waiver measure for a stay not exceeding 15 days.

3/ International flight
  • Our offer does not include international flights between your country and Vietnam for two reasons:
  • International flights from your country are more expensive if purchased in Vietnam. It is therefore more beneficial for you to buy them from a ticketing agency in your country.
  • The payment and booking conditions for international flights are strict while it is difficult for us, a local agency, to apply the same conditions to you (full payment before travel). Since international financial transactions give rise to significant bank charges, you will be led to pay unnecessary surcharges.
4/ Which language?
  • The official and most widely spread language is Vietnamese.
  • English is spoken in all touristic areas.
5/ Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 30 days before arrival: no cancellation charge will be done (Client’s non-refundable deposit will be forfeited)
  • 14-29 days before arrival: 10% of the cost of the tour is forfeited
  • 10-13 days before arrival: 40% of the cost of the tour is forfeited
  • Within 10 days before arrival: 100 % of the cost of the tour is forfeited
