Then our tour guide will take you through the heart of the city along Dong Khoi Street to visit Notre Dame Cathedral (The hundreds Years Red Cathedral)and Old Post Office, 2 most famous and oldest of classical French colonial architecture construction was built more than 100 years ago, War Museum then visit The People’s Committe Hall.
Enjoy lunch at Pho Hoa Pasteur – one of the best places to sample Vietnam’s most popular noodle soup. The restaurant has been run by successive generations of the same family which adds a little history to your meal. The broth recipe here is a family secret which helps create a little mystique around the flavors. Served with your bowl of pho is a plate of deep fried bread called “qouy”. This bread is actually of Chinese origin but it is finding favor as a daytime side dish. Return to your hotel to rest & relax.
Late afternoon, meet your guide again at your hotel’s lobby for street food tour by traditional cyclo (traditional three-wheel bicycle). Ben Tre, popular known for coconut, attracts visitors to its fresh-aired environment of large green coconut & fruits gardens. After around 2.5-hours-drive from busting city, we arrive Ben Tre. You then board on Apricot cruise, a new boat with design open on all sides to allow the river breezes to flow freely. As meandering down the Mekong, you’ll have a chance to observe from the comfort of your Apricot cruise as it plays out on the riverbanks: the people, the stunning landscapes while your attentive crew serves cold drink and seasonal fruit.
Your first visit is at coconut-shell-charcoal processing on a small islet. Observe the whole procedure and find out that the locals utilize every bit of the coconut. Back to Apricot Cruise and a short boating will drive you to the next attractions. Hop on the mainland, drop a visit to see how local peel off coconut husk by simple tools. Next is a tuk-tuk ride taking you to a local family making coconut-leaves-swobs. Meet our friendly host, gain an insight into local traditional methods to make a swob. Join them, try to make one local cake on your own under their enthusiastic instruction. Walk among the 800 buildings of historical heritage. Stop by the Japanese covered bridge, an historic symbol of the city. Boat tour on the river to get in touch with the life of the river bank. At the end of the day, stroll in a lively local market.

DAY5: HOI AN – COUNTRYSIDE LIFE ON SCOOTER (B,L)

This countryside tour of Hoi An will give you real insight to local life. Setting off from Hotel/Resort in Hoi An, we ride over the bridge to Cam Kim Island and along the riverside into the beautiful rural countryside. First stops include an Ancestral House of Mr Huynh Ri spent time over 100 years and a traditional boat building yard before we set off to explore the sleepy island villages. Zig-zag riding through the breathtaking scenery of rice paddies & farmland and enjoy the cooling breeze. Next, learn from friendly local families the handicraft of mat weaving, farming, and how to make (and eat) the perfect Banh Dap rice crackers. Meeting local families is a must-do to see the real way of life in Vietnam.
Then we continue riding scooters to visit to a local café to fuel up on local drip-coffee & learn the art of coffee roasting. Then we make our way to the coast at the Thu Bon river mouth, along roads lined with Casuarina Pine & Cashew Nut Trees. Then visit Noi Rang market & Duy Hai fish market to explore & experience cultural with local buyer & seller (Note: The Noi Rang market will close before 10:00am).
Finally, it’s up high and over the Cua Dai bridge offering spectacular panoramic views of Hoi An, which takes us to the water coconut palm fringed Cam Thanh and then drop-off at a local restaurant for lunch.

After your good lunch, Explore Van Mieu- Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature & Vietnam’s first university). Continue to visit Hoa Lo Prison museum or the Museum of Vietnamese Women.

Then, we stop to visit a local wet market before enjoying a Water Puppet show – a uniquely Northern Vietnamese art form depicting scenes from the rural life and episodes of national history. According to oral history, a family at Hang Son Street invented his home cook fish dish in addition to earning more money. 08:00 – 8:30: We will pick you up from your hotel and head to northeast of Vietnam
12.30: Arrive Ha Long, transferred a by tender to Cruise on Bai Tu Long bay
12.45: Enjoy a welcome drink with all staffs on board, listen briefly to safety on boat and activities included then check in cabin.
13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu while leisurely cruising to the core of Bai Tu Long Bay.
15.00: Arrive to Cap La Island the beautiful area in Bai Tu Long bay. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing
17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoy sunset tea (enjoy tea and fresh fruit).This time is regarded as “Happy hour”- Buy two get one free while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage.
19.00: Sumptuous set-dinner on board.
20.30: Free time for joining games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

09.30: Back to your boat by tender then finish packing.
Please remove all of your belongings from your cabin, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabin (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
10.30: Cooking demonstration is organized by our guide at this time. You have a chance to make Vietnamese cuisine- “Banh Cuon” by yourself.
11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier

1/ He weather & our latest advice on the weather
Light clothes regardless of the season in the south but for the visit of temples and pagodas, make sure you have a top with sleeves (shoulders must be covered) and bottoms going at least up to the knee. From November to March it can get pretty cold in the North, make sure to have warm clothes for mornings and evenings.
Northern Vietnam:
- Dec – Feb: 10°C to 25°C, mostly dry, grey.
- March: 15°C to 30°C, season change, dry.
- April – June: 25°C to 35°C, some heavy showers.
- Sept – Oct: 25°C to 35°C, clear weather, occasional showers.
Note: from 5°C to 10°C less in the mountains; make sure you have warm clothes.
Central Vietnam : Hoi An, Hue
- Dec – Feb: 15°C to 30°C, mostly dry, grey.
- March – Aug: 25°C to 35°C, dry, ideal.
- Sept-Nov: 23°C to 32°C, rain risk due to atmospheric depressions.
Note: Occasional bad weather on the beaches from October to January.
Southern Vietnam: Ho Chi Minh, Mekong Delta, Mui Ne
- All year: 25°C to 30°
- Nov – June: 22°C to 34°C, dry and enjoyable especially from December to February.
- July – Oct: 25 to 35°C, showers late afternoon, especially in September
2/ Visa
- To go to Vietnam you must have a valid passport valid at least 6 months after the date of return.
- The Government of Vietnam promulgates the Resolution on Vietnamese Entry Visa Waiver for Citizens of Five European Countries: UK, France, Germany, Spain and Italy. This exemption is applied for a maximum period of 15 days regardless of passport categories and purpose of entry into Vietnam, and is valid until June 30, 2021.
- For any stay lasting more than 15 days, or for a multiple entry stay in a period of less than 15 days, a visa is required. A period of 30 days is required after the last exit from Vietnam in order to once again benefit from the visa waiver measure for a stay not exceeding 15 days.

3/ International flight
- Our offer does not include international flights between your country and Vietnam for two reasons:
- International flights from your country are more expensive if purchased in Vietnam. It is therefore more beneficial for you to buy them from a ticketing agency in your country.
- The payment and booking conditions for international flights are strict while it is difficult for us, a local agency, to apply the same conditions to you (full payment before travel). Since international financial transactions give rise to significant bank charges, you will be led to pay unnecessary surcharges.
4/ Which language?
- The official and most widely spread language is Vietnamese.
- English is spoken in all touristic areas.
5/ Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before arrival: no cancellation charge will be done (Client’s non-refundable deposit will be forfeited)
- 14-29 days before arrival: 10% of the cost of the tour is forfeited
- 10-13 days before arrival: 40% of the cost of the tour is forfeited
- Within 10 days before arrival: 100 % of the cost of the tour is forfeited
